Your Role
You are the central administrative contact within the company and ensure smooth daily office operations while supporting management and planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Administrative follow up of quotations and files
- Support invoicing and basic accounting
- Managing agendas and correspondence
- Coordinating daily office operations
- Contact with clients and suppliers
- Administrative support for management
- Improving internal administrative workflows
Profile
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Well organised and proactive
- Reliable and discreet
- Good MS Office skills

Job description
As a technical–commercial representative, you are responsible for answering and evaluating incoming enquiries. These come from both existing clients and new leads generated through our Google Ads campaigns.
After the initial contact, you independently decide whether an on-site visit is required to prepare an accurate quotation. You provide this quotation to both the client and our internal office team for further follow-up. In the next phase, you are responsible for converting the quotation into an order.
Profile
Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in construction, renovation and building structures.
You are motivated to analyse existing problems in homes—often caused by damage or insufficient maintenance—and to help clients with a clear, feasible solution. Clients do not always know how a problem can be solved; you gain their trust through a correct commercial attitude and well-founded advice.
You gradually build your own client portfolio, both with existing relations and new prospects.
A natural interest in the construction sector, or a degree in engineering with commercial ambitions, is a strong asset. Even more important is your drive to take on new challenges every day.

We are looking for an experienced site manager or assistant planner who can support and follow up the current person responsible for work planning, material procurement and technical advice. The ideal candidate has built up strong experience and is willing to take on a managerial role within two years.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination: supporting the current responsible person with planning and follow-up of worksites, preparing detailed work schedules and coordinating daily activities.
- Material management: purchasing necessary materials, ensuring timely delivery and managing stock levels to guarantee project continuity.
- Technician selection: selecting the right technicians for specific works, taking into account their skills and experience.
Site supervision: regularly visiting sites throughout Belgium to monitor progress, resolve issues and distribute tasks. - Starting up technicians: ensuring an efficient early-morning start for technicians, including providing instructions and task allocation.
- Quality control: monitoring the quality of the work carried out and ensuring all activities comply with required standards and specifications.
- Reporting: regularly reporting to management on project progress, any bottlenecks and proposed solutions.
Profile:

Job description
Our new employee (M/F) will be responsible for administration, including forwarding Google leads, answering phone calls, supporting our three sales representatives, following up quotations and invoicing via our ERP system Exact, and—together with the planning manager—supporting our technicians on site.
The employee has a high level of responsibility and can plan their work very independently. Supporting management with reporting requires a certain level of discretion.
Profile
Several years of experience in an administrative environment is essential, given the high degree of independence required for the role.
Spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and French is mandatory. MS Office holds no secrets for you. You have experience organising administrative tasks and can work both independently and as part of a team.
You are positive, independent, loyal and accurate.
Residence within the Brussels region (20 km) is an advantage.
